Service is at the core of the Chaminade University mission. All students, faculty, staff, alumni, and board members are encouraged to log their service hours. No service is too small.

Examples of service that may be counted as service hours include: Volunteering at a school, hospital, or retirement home; donating blood; volunteering at a museum or cultural organization; caring for or fostering abandoned animals; working with the homeless and much more.
